You may be wondering… Why The Natural Heretic? By Merriam Webster definition, a heretic is “one who differs in opinion from an accepted belief or doctrine : NONCONFORMIST”. When I first told my husband about this business idea, he was concerned with the word Heretic [as he grew up in private schools learning that Heretics were severely looked down upon throughout history]. I believe quite the opposite. Heretics were the free thinkers, the ones standing up against the status quo. These were the people who were trying to break the chains of their society. They were likely hanged or burned at the stake but hey.. we live in a different time.

I am K. L. Simmons – The Natural Heretic. I refuse to conform, it goes against my very bones. I believe in embracing our curiosity and questioning everything. I believe in nature and simple living. I believe in America’s Founding Fathers and their vision for freedom. I believe homeschooling is the best foundation for raising our children. Together, We the People will advocate for what we believe in, protect our rights, and teach our children to do the same.
